Job Description: The Software Licensing Department primarily acquires commercial-off-the-shelf software products and software maintenance services for all direct production and developmental programs, government and commercial, as well as for indirect areas such as operations, finance, human resources, IT engineering and other non-production areas. Specific responsibilities include: Ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of quality software products and/or services, in accordance with General Dynamics' intended use requirements and prime contract flowdowns.
