Position Responsibilities



1. -Build up target account list by using selection criteria 



2. -24 qualified target accounts per month listed in Working Platform Customers List, and 6 sales calls per week out of your Working Platform Customers List



3. -Daily works with working platform, gain new business / lanes 



4. -Weekly preview working plan and Bi-Weekly review working platform with Sales manager



5. -Regular Visiting Report + Quotation with System



6. -Achieve agreed income & expense budgets taking corrective action where necessary



7. -Socialize with clients and establish long term relationships



8. -Actively sales activities to strengthen the client portfolio

Your responsibilities:

-Customer & service technician liaison (handle all spare parts customer enquiries)
-request for quotation
-order status
-other customer enquiries
-back order log Feedback to customers
-Continuously follow-up on supply progress
-Preparation of quotations in accounting system (stock management computer package currently in use)
-Receipt and processing of customer orders (incl. confirmation of orders, and internal & external feedback)
-Supplier order placement and follow up & daily order backlog reporting
-Receipt & checking of supplier order acknowledgements
-Source local suppliers for spare parts / delivery services (where required)
-Accounting system stock module maintenance
-Accounting system stock reporting (monthly)
-Implement & maintain minimum stock re-order levels
-Assist with stock & warehouse management (warehouse stock totals match to accounting system / warehouse maintained neat & safe, remote warehouses documentation is done correctly & stock levels correct)
-Stock takes (quarterly)
-Update of accounting system with stock take information
-Best way to get spares
-Logistics and duties
-Import tariff
-Packaging
-Customer visits
-Inco terms 2000
-Management of store staff
-Receiving/Dispatching
-Developing and improving processes and procedure
-Scala Reporting
-Deliveries
-Good knowledge of Zambian import tariffs and duties
-Report to the General Manager

Qualifications and experience

-Minimum diploma in logistics management with 3 years experience
